google calendar I love how google HAS to tie each new beta software to something meaningful to mankind. Like "it was hard for me to find the weather report online so we implemented it in search." Or we want to be able to search through X because we do search stuff and finding stuff in search is good.

How about just saying you want to take over of all searching / indexing of everything? I think that emcompasses the appropriate scope. Or "because we want to take over the world, muahahahaa."
